LK Homes provides drafting and design coordination services for residential and small-scale development projects. We work with experienced design firms, architects, and engineers to help clients move projects from concept to build-ready documentation in a clear, organized way.
Our role is to coordinate, scope, and manage the drafting and design process so projects stay aligned with feasibility findings, development strategy, and real-world construction requirements.
All architectural and engineering services are provided by independent, licensed design firms that LK Homes works with on a project-by-project basis.
These firms:
Employ licensed architects and engineers
Provide stamped plans when required
Contract directly with the client or through disclosed arrangements
LK Homes does not hold itself out as a licensed architect or engineer and does not provide professional design services requiring licensure.

Depending on the project, drafting and design coordination may include:

Preparation and coordination of residential or small-scale development floor plans and elevations through qualified design professionals.
